- 180g Curd
- 58g Eggs, whole
- 7g Bagel sprinkles
- 35g Flour
- 60g Protein Cheese
Instructions
- Low fat curd, eggs and flour are mixed together, no mixer required, just a fork. Add cut to taste cheese pieces and bagel sprinkles in and give it one more good mix.
- You can air fry it as a bagel ir a pitta, also suitable as a pizza base or snack sticks. All depends on how you form it for baking.
