- 140g Quinoa, dry
- 160g Kale
- 80g Avocado
- 10g Olive oil
- 20g Lemon
Instructions
- Rinse quinoa and cook 1:2 with water 12 min, fluff.
- Brush salmon with olive oil and grill 4 min per side.
- Steam kale 3 min until vibrant green.
- Plate quinoa, top with salmon, kale, avocado.
- Squeeze lemon on top, finish with sea salt.
